Rules For Posting Classifieds Ads:
In order to keep the classified ads posted on Adittoday.com at the utmost quality we have developed a general list of rules to be followed when posting classified ads. This is a very limited list and basic common sense should be used to ensure that your classifieds are acceptable.

• No posting of illegal items including, but not limited to drugs, stolen items, pirated software or other media, or child pornography.

• Post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libelous content (including personal information);

• Distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm Adittoday.com, or the interests or property of Adittoday.com users;

• You must honestly and accurately describe the item for which you are posting an ad. Adittoday.com assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of any classified ads posted on the site.

• Do not use the classified ads for the sole purpose of promoting your website.

• Distribute or post spam, chain letters, MAKE MONEY FROM HOME BUSINESS or pyramid schemes;

• Do not post ads that are obscene, PORNOGRAPHIC, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, or embarrassing to another user or any other person or entity.

• The option to provide a link to a photo or website related to your classified must not be used to link to any website or image that is not related to your classified ad. You may not link to explicit websites or images.

• Do not post copyrighted information unless you are the holder of the copyright or have permission from the owner of the copyright.

• Do not post multiple classified ads for the same object.

• Do not post a classified ad into an inappropriate category.

• Harvest or otherwise collect information about users, including email addresses, without their consent.

Content License :
When you give us content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable (through multiple tiers) right to exercise the copyright, publicity, and database rights (but no other rights) you have in the content, in any media known now or in the future. (We need these rights to host and display your content.)

Privacy:
Adittoday.com respects your privacy and strives to ensure that any personal information you provide is protected. The following describes our commitment to the privacy of your information, the information we gather, and how that information is used.

This site has security measures in place to help protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. The information is stored in a secure operating environment.

Adittoday.com does record and track IP addresses, browser information (such as version, make and model), and referring links (i.e. how you got to the page). This information helps us analyze site traffic patterns and usage, as well as improve our product offering and quality of service.

Protecting your privacy is one of our highest priorities, but as with all web sites, ours may be vulnerable to service interruptions, intentional attacks, or other events that may compromise the security of our site and the information contained therein (including that which you provide). Accordingly, by submitting such information, you acknowledge and agree that Adittoday.com is not responsible for any direct or consequential damages that may result from such events.

Any personal information you provide to Adittoday.com is used to improve the quality of service we provide and will not be intentionally misused.

Adittoday.com will never give out, sell, rent, or distribute your personal information, including your e-mail address. The user has full control over exactly what, if any, contact information is displayed with his/her classified ads.

This site may contain links to other sites. Although we are very selective in choosing these links, Adittoday.com does not assume any responsibility for or make any warranties about the privacy practices or the content of such web sites.

Sales Resulting From Classified Ads:
Adittoday.com is in no way responsible for any sales or other actions that are either a direct or indirect result of posting a classified ad on Adittoday.com. Any transfers or transactions are the sole responsibility of the users involved and it is the official policy of Adittoday.com to not involve itself in such transfers or transactions.

Right to Terminate Users:
Adittoday.com reserves the right to terminate any site user and ads that fails to obey the user agreement or commits any other action that we deem as inappropriate. In addition, we reserve the right to alter or delete any of the information a user provides, as we see fit. The scope of the user agreement is subject to changes and amendments, all of which are the user's responsibility to accept. If at any time you do not agree with any of the information presented in the user agreement, please terminate your ads.

Editorial Guidelines:

• Do not use an exclamation point in your ad's title.
• Use only standard capitalization. This means only capitalize the first word of a sentence, the first letter of each word in your title, abbreviations, and proper names.
• Use correct spelling
• Use correct grammar
• Avoid superlatives such as "#1", "Cheapest", "Best", "Top"
• Limit promotional language such as "Free", "Limited Time Only",

No Agency
No agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created by this Agreement.

Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold us (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees), harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party. Adittoday.com will under no circumstances give out refund.

Release
If you have a dispute with one or more users, you release us (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
